Tips
- List “TV” as an amenity. It is a standard amenity filter on Airbnb.
- Add a casting or streaming amenity only if your platform offers one and it is true in your room.
- Describe it as casting from the guest’s own accounts rather than “free streaming”, “Netflix included” or “free movies”, so guests know exactly what to expect.
- Booking.com and Agoda show a “Streaming service (like Netflix)” facility. Tick it only if you are comfortable that guests will understand they use their own account, and keep the line above in your description.

Do guests need an account?
No. Guests cast from their own phone using their own accounts, or use the apps we leave on the home screen.
Which apps are on the box?
YouTube and other licensed apps on a simple home screen, plus casting from the guest’s own phone using their own accounts.
How does it connect to Wi-Fi?
On first start the box walks you through choosing your Wi-Fi once. We never need your password. Ethernet also works.
Do I have to charge guests a fee?
No. It is optional. Many hosts include it in the nightly rate instead.
What if something stops working?
Support is included. Follow the short reset card, then message us. We fix it remotely or send a replacement.
What happens if I cancel?
During the free trial, cancel and send the box back with the prepaid label. After that, the box is ours: return it when you stop.
